The Grievance Redressal Cell was constituted in July 2012 to probe into students grievances. It redresses the grievances of individual students / group of students. The Cell maintains a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment. Complaints of students and parents are redressed. All complaints are scrutinized by the principal and the grievance redressal cell.
The complaint management mechanism
Nature of the grievance is identified and is channelized accordingly to solve the issue.
The Faculty coordinators communicate and sort out the grievances under the supervision of the Principal.
In any case, when the concerned is not ready to personally reveal their Grievances, the students are free to drop their petitions in written form into the Grievance box placed near the Administrative Department.
The collective efforts of the management, department heads, class teachers, various staff coordinators of clubs, associations and the Grievance Redressal Cell resolve the complaints promptly.
