Women cell of SBMJFGC KGF had actively participated in the National Blood Donation Camp organized by K. G. F. City BJP Yuva Morcha in association with Rashtrotthana Blood Centre, Bengaluru.  On the occasion of Great Leader Bhagath Singh’s Birthday on 28^th September, 2021 at King George Hall, were 20 girl students and 10 women faculties participated and donated blood.

Date : 14^th August 2021 Timing 10.00 am to 3.00 pm Women cell SBMJC KGF  in association with Sambharam Institute of Medical Science and Research KGF organised a Rural health check up camp and vaccination drive at mallampalli Government Primary School, Mallampalli, Parandahalli post, KGF

• Student co-ordinator demonstrated on the use of sanitary napkin and promoted Soho Way sanitary Napkin
• Dr Mahalingam orthopaedic surgeon highlighted the benefits of exercise and women bone density deficiency.
• Dr. Violet Selva Kumar spoke on mensuration menopause creating anaemic and also why pregnant women cannot donate blood.
• Former MLA of KGF assembly constituency Y Sampangi visited the health camp and requested everyone to get corona vaccine, follow social distancing and maintain good health.

Date: 6^th August 2021 Timing: 11.00 am to 12.00 pm Women Cell SBMJC K G F inaugurated Women Cell on 6^th August 2021 in the smart classroom.  Dr Rekha Sethi, Principal addressed the girl students and the women faculties and briefed about women empowerment and encouraged the girls to participate in the upcoming events.
