The Internal Quality Assurance Cell organized a Faculty Development Program on “Fostering Global Connection” on16^th November 2023 to17^th November 2023  to acquaint Faculty Members with Skills required for their overall development to promote the students in a better way. So that students can prepare to approach problems from multiple perspectives and to thrive in a global future.

Faculty Development Program where various related subtopics were discussed in detail by eminent educationists and a very beneficial academic environment was experienced by the participants.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell organized Faculty Development Program held on 25^th October 2023 & 26^th October 2023 on the topic “Life Skills” to acquaint Faculty Members with life Skills required for their overall development to teach the students in a better way.

Faculty Development Program were discussed various related subtopics in detail by eminent educationists and a very beneficial academic environment was experienced by the participants. The Faculty Development Program received an overwhelming response with 56 participants.

The IQAC of SBMJFGC, KGF in association with Postal Department of Robertsonpet, KGF conducted Investment policy program for the faculty members and students on 11th January 2024 from 11:15 am to 12:30 pm in the auditorium.

The IQAC in association with placement cell organised career guidance programfor degree students on 9th December 2024. Dr. L. Jayapandian placement officer, Mr. Tony Lazarus Prem Kumar head department of management studies and Ms. Kasturi head department of commerce were present.

250 students participated in this program.
