The Department of Life Science conducted career guidance for Pre-University Science students on 30th January 2025.
The students were enlightened with career options in Life Science and Research opportunities.
50 students actively participated in the career guidance program.
The Department of Life Science organized awareness program on 4th and 5th February 2025 , for the public at KGF to educate on cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment options. The event aimed to spread awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, regular medical check-ups, and the role of early diagnosis in improving survival rates.
20 students and 04 faculty members actively participated to spread awareness on Cancer and its prevention.
The Department of Life Science in association with KGF College of Dental Science organized Free Dental check-up camp for staff and students to improve oral hygiene on 22nd October 2024 from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm in the auditorium.
250 students and 25 faculty members utilized the facilities.
The department of Life Science conducted quiz competition on 11th September 2024 in order to observe National Nutrition Week 2024.25 students actively participated.
The department of Life Science conducted ” HEALTHY RECIPE” competition on 10th September 2024 in order to observe National Nutrition Week. 30 students actively participated in the competition.
