WinS Campaign
As the part of Wash in Schools campaign organised by Rotary District 3190, we from Rotaract Club SBMJC-KGF took part in the campaign and visited schools in Bangarpet and in KGF and created awareness about hygiene and cleanliness. As the part of Wash in Schools campaign organised by Rotary District 3190, we from Rotaract Club SBMJC-KGF took part in the campaign and visited schools in Bangarpet and in KGF and created awareness about hygiene and cleanliness. Rotaractars also demonstrated the students how to wash their hands and how to keep their hands clean and tidy. Rotaractars were divided into two teams, one visited schools in KGF and another in Bangarpet. In total eight schools were visited, covering nearly 1000+ students. The campaign was a attempt to get into the genius world records, by covering one lakh students on 6th June 2017. The school students were given pamphlets and posters and badges containing information about how be hygiene and encouraged them to spread a word about the benefits of cleanliness and washing of hands. Rotaractars who took part in the event were Rtr Nitin Kashyap, Rtr Kishore, Rtr Suman Prasad, Rtr Umrazz, Rtr Panindra, Rtr Chethan, Rtr Vikas, Rtr Iylen, Rtr Saba, Rtr Dorothy. Thank you guys for spearing your time and help create awareness about cleanliness and hygiene among students. And also thank you for Schools and it’s officials for letting us create awareness to your students. The schools rotaractars visited are Little Flower School, Government Higher Primary School, Government Urdu School and SVR Global Standard in Bangarpet. St Charles Primary School, Mahaveer Jain School and Vivekananda School in KGF. Thank you everyone for allowing us and contributing to a great cause.

Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College, K. G. F. marked a significant milestone on 27th April 2017 – the Graduation Day of the 11th batch of outgoing students of the academic years 2014-17.
The Chief Guest of the function was Mr. Mahendra Kumar Munoth, Managing Trustee. His address to the graduating batch rekindled the role of youth in nation building. In her message, the Principal motivated the students to work hard and follow their passion and dreams. The graduation march and oath taking by the 260 outgoing students along with the Principal, managing trustee and faculty members was the highlight of the ceremony.
Subject toppers, students with cent percent attendance and best outgoing student awards were given. A total of 57 awards were given in several categories like best volunteer in NSS, Rotaract Club, Cultural Forum, best event manager, best library user, etc. Course completion certificates were distributed to all the outgoing students. Students and parents shared their thoughts and experiences.
