The Indian Red Cross Society Organized Guest Lecture on the topic” Eye Donation Awareness Programme ” The Session was handled by a well focused, conscientious learner at heart, with a quest to explore and contribute to the betterment of the society. Sir M.K.Krishna a state convener Eye Donation sub Committee of Indian Red Cross Society, Karnataka State Branch and who is also Chairman of Eye Bank Association of India
The students actively participated and gained knowledge about Eye donation and its importance.Sri M.K Krishna focused on the importance of Eye donation, eligibility of Eye donation (No age bar, No specific blood group) Do’s and Don’ts etc. And finally concluded his lecture by quoting “DONATE EYES AND GIVE SIGHT.”
