Participants: 250 Students.

The event was organized on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda birthday as NATIONAL YOUTH DAY – Yuva Diwas 2024 by our youth of student welfare Council, also conducted pencil Sketch competition.

The celebration was continued with lightning of lamp and honoring Swami Vivekananda Photo with flower by our Guest Mr. Babu, office superintendent SBMJFGC KGF, Mr. Shivakumar, Commerce Department, Mrs. Jannet Department of History, Mr. N Praveen, Student Welfare officer, Mr. Changa reddy, Student Welfare coordinator. Continued with inaugural dance, Speech on Swami Vivekananda by Mrs. Jannet and event concluded with vote of thanks by Ms. Bhavana of 3rd B.Com.

Essay Competition

The ANTI SEXUAL HARASSMENT CELL organized essay competition for UG students On 23rd January 2023 on the topics:

 1. life after sexual abuse

2. How to evade sexual abuse

3. The negative role of media in encouraging sexual abuse

On total 39 students participated in essay competition and backed prizes. Certificates were provided for all the participants

Awareness Program on COVID 19

The Department of Life Science brought an awareness on the new variant COVID-19 sub-variant JN.1 at SBMJFGC, KGF and public on 29th December 2023.

The students showcased the awareness on symptoms and preventive measures of the same by flash mob. The mask was distributed to the faculty members, ground staffs and public.

As many as 145 COVID-19 sub-variant JN.1 have been detected in the country since 28th December. The awareness was given to the public by road rally. 30 students and 6 faculty members actively participated in the road rally and distribution of masks.

Marketing [Recycle & Reuse]

The Department of Management Studies conducted Marketing [Recycle & Reuse] on 12th December 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Auditorium.

Social awareness to society (Short film)

The Department of Management Studies conducted Short Film on the Theme “Social awareness to society “on 21st December 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the auditorium.
