The IQAC Cell organized two days Faculty Development Programme dated on 6th January 2023 and 7th January 2023 on the topic “Quality Enhancement in Higher Educational Institution “The Resource Person Dr Radhika, Asst. Prof, Life Science Department, St George College of Science & management, Bangalore.
The IQAC Cell organized Faculty Development Programme day three dated on 28th November 2022 on the topic: Hands on training on Outcome Based Education. The Resource Person Mr Murali Kumar, Asst. Prof, Department of Economics SBMJC KGF. Dr. Rekha Sethi, IQAC Co-ordinator Dr. L Jayapandian, Heads of all the departments were present and 55 Faculty Members participated in the Faculty Development Programme.

Shaheed Diwas is commemorated on March 23rd every year to remember the sacrifice of three extraordinary revolutionaries of India-Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev Thapar.
This day is observed to pay homage to the unsung heroes of our nation.
The Rovers and Rangers unit of SBMJC, KGF commemorated Shaheed Diwas and created awareness about their thoughts, philosophies and revolutionary nature to the students.
The Chief Guest was Dr.Rekha Sethi, Principal, SBMJC, KGF and the Guest of Honour Dr. L. Jayapandian, IQAC Coordinator, SBMJC, KGF.
Ms. Elizabeth Rani, Ranger Leader, Ms. Sangeetha D S, Ranger Leader and Mr. Nagesha P, Coordinator of Rovers crew were present.
The Eco Club, SBMJFGC, KGF observed World Water Day on 22nd March 2024 and created awareness for the public of the KGF. People are educated about water pollution, prevention and importance of water in our day to day life.
20 students and 5 faculty members actively participated in the awareness program.
