BOSCH – General Duty Assistant (GDA)

Our college was recognized as one of the best training centre and we were selected among 500 plus institutions as the only institution in kolar district to run the General Duty Assistant (GDA) in collaboration with Apollo Med Skills India and NSDC. The course started with the intake of 20 students on 1st December 2020 under the supervision of Our Principal mam. Co-ordinators Ms. Shamala.S – Cordinator   Mr. Albert Chares – GDA Trainer.

The duration is for a period of three months: 2months of training at the training centre and 1 month of internship in reputed hospitals as OJT (On the Job Training).

Attendance is maintained on daily basis based on the in-time and out-time of students. It is maintained for the co-ordinator and GDA trainer . Reports are sent on monthly basis to check the efficiency of students in the training.  On 28th February 2021, the training was completed and the students were eligible to take up their intership as OJT in Sambhram Hospital, BEML Nagar, K.G.F. from 1st March 2021

On 31st March 2021, they completed their OJT successfully and were ready for Assessment.

Assessment was conducted by Apollo Med Skills along with Bosch ltd, on 5th April 2021. It was a very effective assessment as it contained 2 vivas, one theory and one Group Discussion round.

Selected candidate list was released on 1st May 2021.

Placement assistance is also provided by the same organization.

Due to this pandemic situation students were not able to be placed , but still one candidate got placed at Rainbow Hospitals , Bengaluru, as GDA.
