The abstract must be able to stand alone — avoid references. Avoid non-standard abbreviations; if used, define them at first mention. The abstract must be original and plagiarism-free.

Paper Publication

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer review to ensure international quality standards. Selected conference papers will be recommended for publication in Scopus-indexed journals depending on the scope and quality of the work. Article Processing Charges (APC) will apply for publications in Scopus-indexed journals where applicable.


Full Paper Submission — Guidelines
  • • Submit full paper only after receiving the Abstract Acceptance and your Abstract ID.
  • • Manuscript length: 8–10 pages maximum (inclusive of figures, tables, and references).
  • • Originality: Manuscripts must be original and plagiarism-free.
  • • Formatting: No strict template — use Times New Roman, 12 pt, double spacing and normal margins.
  • • Include the email address of the corresponding author on the manuscript.
  • • After initial screening, eligible manuscripts will be forwarded to suitable partner journals and you will be informed of journal-specific formatting and APC (if any).
Note: APC charges (if applicable) will be communicated after journal selection.
