Submission Guidelines

Provide a single page abstract (250–300 words) with 5 Key words. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, methods used, the principal results and major conclusions. The abstract must be able to stand alone and avoid references. Avoid non-standard abbreviations; if used, define them at first mention. The abstract must be original and plagiarism-free.

Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a single-blind peer review process. Each paper is evaluated by at least two independent experts for originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance. Reviewers provide constructive comments to help improve the manuscript. Decisions (accept, revise, reject) are based on the reviewers’ recommendations and editorial judgment. Only papers meeting the required scientific standards are accepted for publication in Scopus-indexed journals. Article Processing Charges (APC) will apply for publications in Scopus-indexed journals.

Publication Policy

All accepted papers must meet the conference’s scientific and ethical standards. Submitted manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Accepted papers undergo editorial checks for quality, formatting, and compliance with guidelines. The publication partner assigns DOIs and ensures long-term online availability. Any form of plagiarism or ethical misconduct leads to rejection or withdrawal. Final publication decisions rest with the editorial and publishing committees.

Full Paper Submission — Guidelines

• • The manuscript should fall under the scope and allied areas of the conference. Technical Committee has the full right to determine the scope before recommending the paper for review.
• •Submit full paper only after receiving the Abstract Acceptance and your Abstract ID.
• • The manuscript must be in English, page setup A4, and follow single column format with single line spacing, ten-point font in the text. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process.
• • Manuscripts must be original, scientific, novel, originality, plagiarism-free and adherence to journal guidelines.
• • Manuscript length can be 10–12 pages maximum (inclusive of figures, tables, and references).
• • All papers will go through a double-blind reviewing process. At least one author of an accepted paper will have to register at the conference (full registration required) in order to submit the final version.
• • After initial screening, eligible manuscripts will be forwarded to suitable partner journals and you will be informed of journal-specific formatting and APC.
