Information on peer review, full paper submission, and publication policies for ICEMR–2025
All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a single-blind peer review process. Each paper is evaluated by at least two independent experts for originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance. Reviewers provide constructive comments to help improve the manuscript. Decisions (accept, revise, reject) are based on the reviewers’ recommendations and editorial judgment. Only papers meeting the required scientific standards are accepted for publication in Scopus-indexed journals. Article Processing Charges (APC) will apply for publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
All accepted papers must meet the conference’s scientific and ethical standards. Submitted manuscripts should be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Accepted papers undergo editorial checks for quality, formatting, and compliance with guidelines. The publication partner assigns DOIs and ensures long-term online availability. Any form of plagiarism or ethical misconduct leads to rejection or withdrawal. Final publication decisions rest with the editorial and publishing committees.
All accepted and peer reviewed papers will be published in the EPJ (European Physical Journal) Web of Conferences, which is indexed in SCOPUS, Google Scholar, DOAJ, EBSCO (EBSCO Discovery Service), IET INSPEC, INSPIRE, NASA ADS, SciTech Premium Collection (ProQuest).
